The Sure Marine Service online store ships to customers around the world as well as within the United States.  This page is intended to answer any questions you may have about international orders.  If your questions are not answered here, please contact us through our online contact form.

Will I have to pay any fees other than shipping?

Yes, international customers should expect to pay customs and/or brokerage fees when receiving an order.  These fees are not initiated by Sure Marine Service and are not included in the shipping cost or price of the product.  SMS is not responsible for any potential customs or brokerage fees charged by your country or carrier.  SMS will not reimburse customers for the cost of product or shipping fees on orders returned due to refusal to pay customs or brokerage fees.  These fees will vary depending upon each country's customs policy. If you have questions about potential fees charged, please contact your country's customs agency and your local UPS office before placing your order. 

You will be charged actual shipping price plus our $4.00 handling fee.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices are listed in United States dollars.

Do you ship to my country?

Probably!  We ship to any destination served by UPS or the US Postal Service.

How much does shipping cost to my country?

You can calculate shipping on an order by starting the Checkout process.  After selecting your items, choose Checkout from the Shopping Cart page.  You will need to log in or register, and should enter or verify your address at this point.  On the following page you will be able to review UPS and US Postal Service shipping estimates.  You will not have to enter credit card information to see shipping estimates.  

You will be notified if the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimated shipping cost (rarely happens). We will never charge a higher price without your consent!  If the actual shipping cost is less than the estimate you will be charged the lower price automatically.
