You can trust that your order will be carefully packaged and quickly processed.
 
Depending on availability:
 
     UPS Orders placed before noon normally ship the same day Monday through Friday.
     UPS Orders placed after noon ship the next business day.
 
     Priority mail orders normally ship the next business day.
 
We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice.  When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.  You will be provided with a tracking number. 
 
Shipping cost is only an estimate.  You will be notified if the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimated shipping cost (rarely happens).  We will never charge a higher price without your consent!

There is always a risk that orders can be damaged during shipment. Although we do our best to protect items to ensure their safe journey, once an item leaves our hands it is out of our control.

Upon receiving shipments from Sure Marine Service, it is critical that you immediately inspect the package for damage when signing for it and before accepting delivery from the carrier.
 
This is especially important for LTL truck freight shipments, big items, heavy items, expensive items, crushable items, items that could be damaged if dropped or items that may be damaged if run over by or speared with a forklift. Seriously, pretty much everything should be CAREFULLY inspected before you sign for it.  

  • If you have any concerns about the condition of an item being delivered, it is necessary to document any damage or suspected damage in writing with the carrier at the time of delivery.
  • It is always a good idea to open the package and inspect the item in the presence of the delivery driver.
  • If a shipment arrives damaged it is critical that you have the delivery driver document the damage in writing at the time of delivery.
  • If the box looks crushed, or has a hole in it, or is delivered with the "UP: arrows pointing down, it all needs to be documented in writing by the delivery driver.
  • If the item is clearly destroyed you can always refuse delivery of part or all of the shipment.

Although we will always assist in filing damage claims, Sure Marine Service will not be responsible for damag caused during shipping. If damage is discovered later, after the package has been accepted, and it can not be proven to the carrier's satisfaction that the damage took place while the item was in their possession, they will almost always deny an insurance claim and you will not be compensated for the damage. If somehow an item is accepted/signed for and only later damage is discovered, you must notify us immediately so that we can contact the carrier and attempt to process a claim.

Make sure to ALWAYS save all the packaging, boxes, bubble wrap, ect. as the shipping carrier may wish to inspect it during their processing of the claim.  
 
Sure Marine Service will not be responsible for damage caused during shipping;
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

NOTE: when practical, SMS will insure the items for replacement if damaged / lost in shipping.
NOTE: at no time will SMS be responsible for costs associated with shipping damage, or denied/rejected insurance claims.


International customers please note:

PayPal: We can accept PayPal for international shipments as long as it is to the PayPal account verified address.

Credit Card: The billing address must match the person and address that are on file with the credit card issuer.  We will verify that the billing address matches the one they have on file.  If it does not match we will not ship your order.  We have taken this measure to help deter credit card fraud and identity theft. 

If you need to have the parts shipped to an address that is not listed with your credit card company, please call your credit card company and ask them to add the address as an "alternate" or "secondary" billing address.  It only takes about 5 minutes on the phone for you, 99% of the credit card companies will do this.  Once added we can ship the order to an alternate address (your work for instance).  If for some reason you can not do this, send a money order or contact us for wire transfer instructions, then we can ship anywhere since the parts will be prepaid.
