The F-Series High Output LED Strip Tape is a clear silicone encapsulated product with improved thermal coefficient and an IP66 water-proof rating. Its anti-UV properties resist yellowing or hardening over time and make it ideal for both interior or exterior environments. Conveniently supplied with self-adhesive high-bond 3M tape or aluminum channel clips (ILLT-CLIP/F) can be purchased for unique situations where added mechanical attachment is desired. Each section also comes with wire leads so your LED Strip Tape is ready to connect to your DC power source (the full 16' reel has wire leads at both ends). If required, this LED Strip Tape may be cut to suit every 4" (12V version) or every 6.5" (24V version), being careful to seal the cut end with the ILLT-End/F End Cap (sold separately).
Note: This product performs optimally with constant voltage at or near the specified voltage input. It is sensitive to over-voltage and transient spikes, therefore long term performance is dependent on the input voltage provided. For installation on boats, a power conditioner is recommended for maximum life of the product.
