Terms of Use 

Sure Marine Service reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers' money due to pricing errors, stock availability issues, etc.   
The customer will be notified if a cancellation occurs. 

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs processing fees imposed by the destination country's government authorities.  These additional costs are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid to release the package from customs.  

Orders using the "Pick up at our Seattle, Washington store" option will be charged tax regardless of what the website says. 

SMS requires PayPal or wire transfer as the payment method for all international orders (no credit cards), except Canada.

Return Policy


No Returns 30 days after purchase date.  
All returned items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. 
Installed electrical components are non-returnable. 
Not yet installed electrical components are subject to a minimum 20% restocking / inspection fee. 
All returned items must be in "As new" and resalable condition with all original packaging and components. 
Sure Marine Service reserves the right to refuse refund on any item that is not returned in "As new" condition. 
Drop Shipments subject to manufacturer's return policies and restocking fees. 
Special order and non-inventory items cannot be returned or canceled. 
Third party returns are subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee. 
At no time will Sure Marine Service be responsible for payment of any return shipping charges, including return of warranty items.  

Sure Marine Service reserves the right to revise this policy at any time.


Warranty policy 
 
Sure Marine Service warranties in conjunction with manufacturers' written warranties. 
All warranties are FOB Sure Marine Service. 
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges on all warranty items. 
Sure Marine Service may require proof of purchase on warranty items. 
Warranty repairs may require item return to Sure Marine Service or the manufacturer at purchaser's expense. 
Purchaser is responsible for any materials or labor not reimbursed by the manufacturer. 

Sure Marine Service reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. 

NOTE: at no time will SMS be responsible for costs associated with shipping damage, or denied/rejected insurance claims.
